Booking & Appointment Policy
Deposit Requirement
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Booking Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed via phone, email, or through our online booking system. You will receive a confirmation message once your booking and deposit payment are complete.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE, YOU MUST DO IT MINIMUM 6 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE. CANCELLING LESS THAN 6 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT RESULTS IN BEING CHARGED HALF OF THE SERVICE. IN ORDER TO RESCHEDULE YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER $25 DEPOSIT.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or reduce service time to accommodate other clients. Your deposit will not be refunded for late arrivals that result in rescheduling.
No-Show Policy
NO CALL/ NO SHOW WILL INCUR A 100% CHARGE OF THE SERVICE AMOUNT. AFTER 3 REPEATED LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. RENFAYE LASHES UNDERSTANDS THAT EMERGENCIES HAPPEN; HOWEVER, RENFAYE LASHES MUST ENFORCE THIS POLICY TO MAKE SURE THE BEST SERVICES & EXPERIENCE IS PROVIDED TO THE CLIENTS AS POSSIBLE.
Membership Commitment
A two (02) Months membership commitment is required before any cancellation. If you cancel before this time, you will be subject to a one (01) month buyout fees with no exceptions.
Return & Refund Policy
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to make it right.
Product Returns
All products Sale are final No Refund! Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a store credit. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. ***Free Shipping on orders over $100***
