Welcome to Renfaye Lashes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at www.renfaye.com (the "Site") and any services, products, memberships, or appointments provided by Renfaye Lashes LLC ("Renfaye Lashes," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or signing up for a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
About Us
Renfaye Lashes LLC is a Georgia limited liability company providing premium eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow services, facials, waxing, body treatments, retail beauty products, and membership programs. Our studio is based in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services, purchase products, or enroll in a membership through our Site. Clients under 18 may receive services only with the in-person consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must remain present for the entire appointment and sign all required consent forms.
Services Offered
We offer the following services, each subject to availability:
Lash services (Classic, Volume, Hybrid, Mega Volume, Lash Lifts, Refills, and related applications)
Eyelash tinting and eyebrow waxing and shaping
Face waxing (upper lip, chin, nose, neck, hairline, sideburn, full face)
Facials (Classic Facial, HydraFacial)
Body waxing (arms, legs, chest, back, stomach, full body)
Body treatments (back, hand, and foot exfoliation)
Retail products related to lash care and application
Service descriptions, durations, and pricing on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of booking applies to that appointment.
Appointments and Booking
Booking
Appointments may be booked through the Site, by phone, or in person. A valid payment method or deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Arrival
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and a late fee or forfeited deposit may apply at our discretion.
Cancellations & No Shows
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price, charged to the payment method on file.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or end any service at our sole discretion, including in cases of disrespectful behavior, intoxication, contagious illness, untreated eye or skin conditions, or any condition we believe presents a risk to you, our staff, or other clients.
Payment and Fees
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered or products are purchased, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
Taxes
All listed prices exclude applicable sales tax, which will be added at checkout where required by Georgia law.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is appreciated at the client's discretion.
Promotional Pricing
Promotional offers (including the "Classic YY Lash Extensions for $89.00" first-time-customer offer) are limited to one redemption per person, may not be combined with other offers, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Memberships
Ennrollment
Memberships are subject to the specific plan terms presented at the time of enrollment, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Recurring Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling, you authorize Renfaye Lashes LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file each billing cycle until you cancel. Your membership will automatically renew each month at the then-current rate.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting written notice to the email address listed in Section 19 at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the next billing date will take effect after that month's charge.
Unused Benefits
Membership benefits do not roll over unless expressly stated in the membership plan. Unused services expire at the end of each billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash.
Pricing Changes
We may change membership pricing or benefits with at least 30 days' notice. Continued membership after the change date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Products & Online Shop
Orders
All product orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders.
Shipping
Shipping times and costs are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Product Use
Products sold by Renfaye Lashes are intended for use by trained professionals or for personal use as labeled. You are responsible for following all product instructions and warnings.
Refund & Returns
All sales are generally final. Refunds and returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Renfaye Lashes LLC. To request a refund or return, contact us within 7 days of your service or product receipt with a clear description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, results affected by failure to follow aftercare instructions, or services already performed. Memberships fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Health, Safety, & Client Responsibilities
Patch Testing
Patch tests are recommended for clients with sensitive skin or new product use. We may require a patch test before performing certain services.
Aftercare
You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided in writing or verbally. Many service results, including lash retention, depend on proper aftercare, and we do not guarantee results when instructions are not followed.
Assumption of Risk
Beauty services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, irritation, redness, and temporary discomfort. By receiving services from Renfaye Lashes, you acknowledge and assume these risks.
Photography & Client Release
We may photograph or video our work, including images of your lashes, brows, skin, or face. Unless you opt out in writing before your appointment, you grant Renfaye Lashes LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use these images on our Site, social media, and marketing materials. We will not publish images that include identifying personal information without your written consent.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photography, videos, and the "RENFAYE LASHES" name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Renfaye Lashes LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Post defamatory, harassing, or abusive content in any review, comment, or message
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social media platforms and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service.
Disclaimers & Warranties
The Site, services, and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that service results will meet your specific expectations.
Limitations of Liabilities
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Renfaye Lashes LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, services, products, or memberships. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Renfaye Lashes in the 6 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renfaye Lashes LLC, its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, cancel your appointments, or end your membership at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, our staff, or our clients. Sections 8, 11, 14, 15, 16, and 18 will survive termination.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at the email below and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Site or our services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
